Our office provides consulting services regarding the license – permit of stores in food and beverage industry.

The set of services includes scientific advice in order to evaluate the suitability of the facility under licensing, corrective actions suggestion to the entrepreneur that meet the requirements of the legislation, preparation of flow charts depending on the category of the business and a technical description of the production process.

In addition, our office, as part of licensing, undertakes depending on the type and size of the food business, the study, development and implementation of a Food Safety Management System (HACCP/ISO 22000).
