What is ISO 22000?

The ELOTEN ISO 22000 standard is an internationally applied standard, which defines the requirements for the development and implementation of an effective Food Safety Management System. ELOTEN ISO 22000 can be applied by any organization directly or indirectly involved in the food chain, whether it is an organization that produces, processes or disposes of food or feed, whether it is an organization that produces materials or equipment that comes into contact with food or provides services in food businesses.
In addition, ELOTEN ISO 22000 is designed to be compatible with other management system standards such as ELOTEN ISO 9001, and ELOTEN ISO 14001, so that it is possible to integrate different management systems into a single integrated management system.
